I recently attended the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) program in Bangalore in the pursuit of understanding the real Scrum. The training was conducted by Pete Deemer, Certified Scrum Trainer. The training was highly effective and engaging. I highly recommend this program to anyone wanting to catch the Agile bandwagon.

We have sent several senior developers and tech leads at Castle Rock to this course and it has worked for us. I must admit that understanding Scrum is easy but practicing Scrum is very difficult and demanding. This program helped us understand certain practicalities and challenges in implementing Scrum and how to overcome them to reap benefits.
